General Business Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to build fraternal spirit, to share information, to strengthen formation in the faith, and to present matters that require the vote of council members. These meetings are for officers, directors, and interested members to apply their collective wisdom and experience to the matters at hand. It is where proposals are clarified, strategies are made, tactics are approved, and funds are lined up. It is where the subsequent Council meeting agenda is created and agreed upon. It is where everyone gets a say; however, it is critical that officers leave every Planning meeting fully supporting the decisions that were made and the messages that will be delivered to the members.
